Miami-Dade police boasted a great bust.

A large amount of a dangerous drug – Fentanyl – was seized.

An investigation conducted by our Organized Crimes Bureau Narcotics Section led to the execution of a search warrant with the assistance of our Special Response Team. The search warrant led to the seizure of:
250 bags of Fentanyl weighing 52 grams
7 grams of cocaine
2 handguns (1 stolen)

That’s the first half of an old school RID shift too. But at least we’re spared of overweight cops eating donuts with the citizens.

Fentanyl is extremely dangerous – 100 times stronger than morphine.

Each year in the US, tens of thousands die from opioids. There are especially many victims of fentanyl, a drug that is 100 times stronger than morphine and is intended for terminally ill cancer patients.
