Today, the fortune of Dwayne Johnson The Rock is enormous.
However, this has not always been the case.
The Rock had a difficult childhood and was poor for some periods of his life.
He shared that when he was 14, his family was kicked out of their apartment in Hawaii and had to live in a car.
Dwayne also said that when he was 15 years old, he was arrested several times for theft and drugs.
He has been able to change his life through sports and wrestling, but he has not forgotten where he came from. He often helps people in need and donates money to charity.
The Rock again returned to these difficult moments in an interview:

One of the great prides of the Rock is the Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson Football Locker Room at the University of Miami.
Years ago, Johnson generously donated a huge sum to the university. The locker room today looks like a spaceship. This led to the renaming of the Hurricanes locker room.

I just had my year anniversary for my surgery and as I look back over everything I’m so blessed number one cause I didn’t think I was gonna pull through and I was a lot of people that felt that so I was trying to straighten out my business before I went into surgery, I had an aneurysm above my heart since his surgery it’s been rough taking a long time for me to bounce back but I keep trying. I just think God every day for saving me because I wasn’t ready to go still have a lot of things I have you had to do.
It’s inspiring for many people Dwayne. I watched the documentary Training Camp and spoke to the souls of those prisoners, it was very nice of you 😊. And that’s why you’ll be in my heart and so will your fans.
