The mystery with Rudy Farias got tangled: Did his mother tell the whole truth?

Incredible conspiracies swirled around Rudy Farias.

The young man was discovered days ago.

He surprisingly appeared days ago in front of a church unconscious.

The case is unique and has sparked an avalanche of conspiracy theories.

He disappeared in 2015 in Houston, Texas.
Eight years later, on July 3, 2023, Rudy was found alive and unconscious outside a church.
He had cuts and bruises on his body and was taken to hospital.
The Texas Center for Missing Persons reported that Rudy is recovering. Rudy’s mother said he hasn’t been talking much and that he has a long road to a full recovery.
She expressed her gratitude to everyone who helped find Rudy.

His mother, Gianni Santana, said in a separate statement that he is unable to communicate at this time.
„My son Rudy Farias IV was found on Thursday June 29th after being missing for 8 years. We do not have any additional information regarding Rudy’s case at this time,“ the statement from Santana’s family read in part.

„What we do know is that during his recovery, a good Samaritan found him unresponsive and immediately called the police and 911. My son Rudy is getting the care he needs to overcome his trauma, but at this moment he is non-verbal and unable to communicate with us. We ask for privacy at this difficult time, but will share more details as Rudy continues to heal.

In the Rudy Farias IV Discussion Group on Facebook, all sorts of versions are played out. Many of them concern Rudy’s mother.

She claims her family members that she didn’t talk to take her mother out of the hospital without her consent? So the hospital did not contact you at all and just let them roll out the hospital with a hospice patient? If your her primary contact her p.o.a that is not going to happen because the hospital doesn’t want a lawsuit. So your telling me within a day your family was able to go to the hospital pack up your mother belongings arrange transportation to get your sick hospice mother out of the hospital to their home that is fully equipped to take care of a hospice patient all with out your knowledge? Then you took them to court? To get your mom back but when you were able to get her back they only returned her remains and you had no clue she passed away?
Then in Nov of 2021 you got in a car accident and you broke your risk and if you look at the cast picture it looks super fake
Then in March 2022 you get into a 4 vehicle car accident and all 4 vehicles hit you at the same time all at once? And that’s the only damage on your car

Then again in March 2022 she broke her toe

Then in Nov of 2022 somebody stole her car and she knows who did it (how many times will your car be stolen)

In May of 2021 Bella the aunt said her sister was rushed to the emergency room at 2am

Also if you look at the picture of Rudy in the hospital bed and a picture of Rudy that Bella posted if you look at the hair it super similar which leads me to believe that Rudy never went to the hospital and the picture she posted are old because for one news would typically post they were brought to such and such hospital. She only posted a picture of his feet nothing else but he supposedly had all kinds of cuts and bruises all over but the only type of pictures you post is his feet.

Also the mom states that they never made a gofund me but then said they did make one back in 2015 for award money and then was asking for donations to hire a private investigator but so how all the money got stolen but the post shows she made the gofund me back in 2016

She said she only had a gofund me set up for Rudy in 2015 but the money was stolen by a trusted person why would you put someone else responsible for the money for your son?

Another post the aunt made was she was clearly trying to push the narrative of him not being a runway but he is being held against his will but they have no proof. (They are lowkey telling us what happened but not telling us how do they know he didn’t runway)
The aunt said he was walking the puppies after school but two friends of Rudy said the mom pulled him out of school 2 months prior to his disappearance?
Also the new report said that Rudy refused to go to the hospital and the mom signed the papers also refusing him to be taken to the hospital. But now they are at the hospital but in the news report it’s said they medics assessed him told him to go the hospital they refused so medics/firefighters left him there with his mother and police (typically a person who is being abused is going to deny any medical attention because their abuser is there and they are scared of the consequences so of course he would deny going to the hospital cause the mom was right there) why wouldn’t you want your son to get medical attention if he was missing for 8 years HE WAS NEVER MISSING!!

She also states she when going to Starbucks to hang up flyers of Rudy and they her she couldn’t because the bored will be filled up missing dogs cats ect. I never went to Starbucks and seen bored where they allow u to hang up flyer or anything (once again another way to get people to feel sorry for her) also the aunts states that while Rudy was in the hospital two creepy men came looking for him and asking questions about him (once again trying to push a narrative that he was kidnapped this whole time) what kidnapper went to a hospital looking for the person they kidnapped knowing the type of condition they left him in.

Also find it strange that the picture they used of Rudy is when he was 14 years old he went missing when he was 17 or 18 out of 3 to 4 years you have no updated picture of your son that you could use?

The aunt also said that Rudy’s mom needed to go home while Rudy was in the hospital because her insulin is 524 what a diabetic person doesn’t bring their insulin with them and also pack some snacks as well. Then say Rudy can’t be left alone why not he 26 ? Why couldn’t the aunt stay while the mom went home (because the aunt and the mom Alexis and Bella are the same people on Facebook that’s why)
Another thing I want to bring to attention if you look at Rudy fb page it’s very weird. It’s also very similar to the thing his mom would post about her son Charles and just other things the mom would post on her page. there are barely any pictures of Rudy only one and it’s very blurry. If you ask me Rudy never created a Facebook and the mom created under Rudy name and made post on it from time to time.
Also what about the post the aunt made on her page saying that some girl saw Rudy flyer and they happen to be there to over hear the little girl saying that the boy who saved my life to her mother (not to mention the picture on the flyer is from when he was 14 how is she going to know it’s him) but the girl continues to say she was picked up by 3 men they brought her to a middle of a field Rudy happen to be the only one to hear her screams he comes running with his 2 dogs and told the little girl to run and don’t look back. Didn’t he have anxiety ptsd depression so your telling me a person with those type of mental health issues is going to go running towards screaming and try to fight off three men by himself. Then she said she was able to get home tell the police bring the police back to where it happened and they were gone ?? First of all why would three men kidnap a girl and bring her to a field.
She states the family is trying to get clout but many news outlets reported that family members reported seeing him in a back of a family member’s house in 2018. But if you go to these family members pages they barely talk about Rudy or post missing flyer because they probably knew the truth about the situation. If anyone was trying to get clout they would constantly make status about the situation. But when they family stated in the comments that they saw him at his mother’s house and it is backed up by a news report. so maybe that’s why she doesn’t mess with these family members because she is upset that they brought it up to the police.
She can post a bunch of stuff about every extreme situation but doesn’t post about her child who has been missing for 8 years not an update post not a happy birthday post not a I miss you noting about Rudy but yet can post about every husband/ boyfriend she has.

You can look into many missing cases of children who have been missing for over 8 years and their parents never stop posting or talking about it either everyday the anniversary of the time they went missing once a year once a month their birthday but she doesn’t say anythinghing because he was never missing your not going to look for something that’s not missing.
I also find it weird that she completely stopped making any type of post about Rudy around 2017 2018 ish
Also why was she adamant on not showing her face is it because her whole life has been a lie
I feel like this women loves attention and sympathy and suffers from so short of bpd and is a pathological narcissist liar
What really not making since is if this boy was missing for 8 years and was found by someone, police came to check it out he had on items that identified who he was (what items ? What kidnapper is going to leave that type of stuff on him) they called the mother she identified him as Rudy the boy who has been missing for 8 years. They obviously didn’t do any d.n.a test because in the news report they said stuff he had on was able to identify him. This boy was missing for 8 years y’all felt he didn’t need no medical attention so y’all left him with the mom this boy been missing for 8 years they didn’t bring him to the police station nothing. All the news reports say the same thing and they all state this is all coming from the mother. No statement from the man who found him none from the police but we do know that firefighters assessed him felt like he wasn’t in terrible condition to need to go to the emergency room so they left him their with his mom and the police. So did he really ever go to the hospital and the Condition the aunt said he was in is questionable she stated he had soft tissue tumor and which it’s super weird for her to put out because it just doesn’t align with and of his other condition which leads me to believe the soft tissue tumor is something he has already been diagnosed with or something she said to get more sympathy. She also said that he was going to be in the hospital for awhile how is that when the mom didn’t want him to go there in the first place the news said medics said he had minor injuries so it went from he doesn’t really need to go to the hospital because he is going to be there for a while!
And let’s not forget she post that should steal her car and wreck it a little after Rudy been found so now she is out of a way to get transport Rudy but the records show that happen June 21 2023
Also he was missing for 8 years but found 20 mins away from his house ???? If he was homeless wouldn’t family member friends notice him on the streets way before this point?

Other people call for civility.

This case is sad on so many levels…… Missing for 8yrs to be found. The family is under a microscope and is now criticized for past and future actions. When a child or family member goes missing, there is no instruction manual guiding you. This isn’t a 45 min tv show. Every decision is made by emotions and in the moment with no prior knowledge dealing with a missing persons case.
Mistakes are made! Everyone, every family handles grief/the search differently. You can’t even begin to imagine the pain, the overwhelming feeling of helplessness, and the uncertainty that each day brings. My brother has been missing going on for 4 years. Our mom passed away suddenly 5 months ago without answers. If you don’t have a missing loved one then you don’t know! You don’t know the pain and the feelings of helplessness because you can’t find your loved one. You can imagine the scenario all day long and say you would do this or you wouldn’t do that, but the reality is you have to know what you would do until it’s your reality and a personal living hell. I remind all of you to be kind and save your judgments!
