Christina, aged 39, was the only woman on Prigogine’s plane

VK shot

Before the flight, she told her relatives that the plane was undergoing „short-term and incomprehensible repairs“ and complained that this would delay many flights

Only one woman was on board Prigogine’s plane.

The 39-year-old stewardess of Prigozhin’s plane that crashed the night before, Kristina Yadrevskaya, is the older sister of Yevgeny Raspopov, the deputy prosecutor of the city of Emanzhelinsk, Chelyabinsk Region.

74.RU sources say that Christina and Yevgeny were born in Kazakhstan. When the older sister reached the age to make decisions about her future life, she left for the capital, Moscow.

„She’s always had a strong character,“ her friend said.

– She went to Moscow to achieve heights, to build a career, she was successful.

Christina started working in business aviation.

And her brother Yevgeny later left Kazakhstan to study in Chelyabinsk. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, worked as an investigator, then moved to the prosecutor’s office, now holds the position of deputy prosecutor of Emanzhelinsk.

„They went their separate ways, talked little, occasionally called, saw each other no more than once a year, Kristina never came to Chelyabinsk,“ added her friend.

Her brother did not know that his sister was flying in Prigogine’s plane. All he knew was that she worked in business jets that were rented out to anyone who could afford them.

Shortly before the tragedy, Christina complained to relatives about the delay in departure.

Some time ago, she moved from Moscow to St. Petersburg and got a job at the MNT Aero company, she worked on a contract basis, on a private flight.

On the day of the tragedy, she posted on social media a photo of her breakfast and a suitcase labeled Cabin.

This photo was posted by the flight attendant on the morning of the tragedy.

According to Flightradar24, a civilian aircraft tracking service, the plane „descended sharply“.

After leveling off at a height of 28 thousand feet (about 8.5 km – UNIAN) at 15:10 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time, 18:10 Kyiv time), the aircraft continued to fly in horizontal flight at a constant speed until 15:19 UTC, after which the vertical speed drops sharply and the aircraft descends briefly, then gains a maximum altitude of 30,100 feet (9.1 km – UNIAN) before descending to an altitude of about 27,500 feet.

A similar „jump“ was repeated again, and the final data were obtained at 15:20:14 UTC at an altitude of about 6 km.

At 6:19 p.m. local time, data showed the plane’s rate of descent reached 2,400 meters per minute before transmission of altitude data stopped.

„Although the aircraft did not transmit position information, other data such as altitude, speed, vertical speed and autopilot settings were transmitted.

It is this data that allows us to gain some insight into the final moments of the flight,“ says the FlightRadar24 blog.

Prigozhin’s Embraer plane crashed on Wednesday evening, August 23, in the Tver region. There were three pilots and seven passengers on board, all of whom died, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported. The plane was flying from Sheremetyevo Airport to St. Petersburg. Yevgeny Prigozhin is on the passenger list, reports Rosaviatsia. Representatives of law enforcement and the Ministry of Emergency Situations are working on the spot. SC initiates criminal case.

Two months earlier, on June 23, Yevgeny Prigozhin attempted an armed rebellion. Prigozhin accused the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation of the alleged „strike by the Ministry of Defense of Russia on the rear camps of PMC Wagner“.

The Ministry of Defense officially denied his words, but this did not stop him, he sent his fighters on heavy equipment to Rostov and Moscow.

The site is still under investigation.

Dmitry Utkin was also on board.

It was the 53-year-old Utkin who founded the Wagner group, with his own call sign being Wagner. Utkin has four Orders of Courage of Russia.

According to several news outlets, Utkin is an admirer of Nazi Germany and has numerous Nazi tattoos, including Schutzstaffel (SS) insignia. It is also reported that Utkin called himself Wagner after the German composer Richard Wagner, as his work was highly revered by Adolf Hitler and appropriated by the Nazis.

Members of the Wagner group said Utkin was a Rodnover, a believer in the Slavic native faith.

Utkin has not appeared in public since 2016.

In June 2017, the US imposed sanctions on Utkin as head of the Wagner Group. In November 2017, RBK announced the appointment of Utkin as CEO of Concord Management and Consulting, the management company of the restaurant holding owned by Yevgeny Prigozhin, who is believed to be a financier of the Wagner Group. However, Bellingcat claims it was a different Dmitry Utkin.

In December 2021, the Council of the European Union imposed restrictive measures against Utkin and others associated with the Wagner group. Utkin was accused of being „responsible for serious human rights violations committed by the group, which included torture and extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions and killings.“

He was sanctioned by the governments of New Zealand and the United Kingdom in connection with the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022.

Latest information on Prigogine’s plane

A plane linked to the founder of the Russian private military company Wagner, Yevgeny Prigozhin, has landed in Belarus. This is according to data from flight tracking app FlightRadar24.

Reuters confirms it is a plane linked from the United States to Autolex Transport, which the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) traces to Prigogine. This comes two days after the businessman agreed to end an almost 24-hour standoff in Russia. Talks with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko led (according to the Kremlin) to a decision for Prigozhin to go to Belarus.

His whereabouts have not been known since he left Rostov-on-Don on Saturday evening.

Earlier, such information came from the „Belarusian Gayun“ monitoring group, which reported that Prigozhin’s business plane had landed at Machulishchi Airport near Minsk. „Another business plane flew in from Russia“, probably from St. Petersburg (where it was reported days ago that Prigozhin’s plane had flown in).

However, FlightRadar24 shows that the Embraer Legacy 600 (RA-02795) that landed took off east of Rostov-on-Don, the city that Wagner occupied for the day and that Prigozhin left on the evening of June 24.

According to Important Stories and the Organized Crime and Corruption Investigative Project (OCCRP), a plane with the same number flew from Rostov-on-Don to St. Petersburg the day after the riot. FlightRadar confirms this, but there was a return flight on the night of June 27:

Is there a Wagner camp

In the meantime, the publication „Vjorstka“ reported that the construction of a camp for „Wagner“ fighters with a capacity of 8,000 people is underway in Asipovichi, Mogilev region. There will be several camps in total and only one of them will be in Asipovici. The area of the camp near the city that is being talked about should be 24 thousand square meters, and the journalists came with the mercenaries

A source of „Vjorstka“, close to the leadership of the Mogilev region, also spoke about instructions from the authorities to build such a camp.

Asipovichi (which is Osipovichi in Russian) is located in the central part of Belarus, less than 300 km from the Russian border and about 200 from the Ukrainian border.

However, „Belarusian Gayun“ reported earlier that at the moment there is no data to confirm that a camp for PMC „Wagner“ is being built near Asipovichi. The organization explains that for the past day they have not noticed any particular activity in the region, „not to mention the construction of such a large object“. The data of a „foreign (Russian) publication that they managed to get comments from sources close to the leadership of the Mogilev region“ raises questions, „Belarusian Gayun“ continues.

At the moment, there is no information about PMC „Wagner“ columns being located or moving in Belarus. It is also not known exactly how many fighters could arrive there: Prigozhin claimed he had 25,000 mercenaries, but many estimates vary between half and a third of that number. Last night, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that Wagner fighters could either sign a contract with the Ministry of Defense or go home or go to Belarus.
