Devastated friends and admirers of one of the smartest and most beautiful women of modern Bulgaria do not stop asking themselves the reason for her unexpected death. Only a month ago, Denitsa Takeva was lively, participating in Egyptology forums and looking brilliant – as always.

Extremely close to the Takevi family said that the 40-year-old mother of two little girls died in hospital, with the final diagnosis of death being sepsis. Vital organs have failed – liver and kidneys. A few weeks ago, Takeva, together with her two daughters Dea and Nia, as well as her parents, was at sea. She felt lethargic and barely ate. After returning home, her condition began to deteriorate and she was admitted to hospital.

It turned out that years of strict diets to maintain her perfect body were actually at odds with a healthy lifestyle.

For the past year, she had barely taken any food, preferring to sustain her vitality with highly caffeinated beverages, which had begun to fatally damage her organs and collapse her immune system.

The Bulgarian Egyptological Society, of which she was the chairman, has just announced that on 16.08.2023 at 19:00 on BNT1, the first prize winner at the International Tourist Film Festival in Antalya – „The King and the Sun“ will be broadcast in her memory A journey through the history of Ancient Egypt“. Zhanna Samsonova, one of the most famous Russian bloggers and vegans, died at the age of 39.

She passed away in Malaysia, already reduced to skin and bones.

The blogger ate only raw food. Like for the last five years he only eats fruit.

The girl ended up in intensive care in Malaysia, but due to the already irreversible destruction of the internal organs, it was not possible to save her.

It is known that Zhanna was born in Kazan, Russia, but 15 years ago she left her hometown and since then has lived in different countries of the world on a tourist visa.

The girl spent most of her time in Asia, renting a house and earning extra money, reports Super.ru.

Among other things, she was a DJ, a cook in vegetarian cafes, taught yoga and gave massages.

Samsonova was on a diet for about 10 years, and if at first she allowed herself to include some fish and dairy products in her diet, in recent years only fruits and seeds remained on her menu.

Jeanne believed that eating animal fat was unhealthy and led to chronic disease. She saw the raw food diet as a way to cleanse the body of toxins.

And she shared her achievements and thoughts:

„For the last 4 years, my diet has been only fruits, sunflower sprouts, fruit smoothies and juices.

I only got to this level after five years on an all-raw vegan diet.

I see my body, mind transform every day.

I love my new self and never go back to the habits I used to.

It makes me very sad when I see most of my peers.

Junk food makes them look much older than their age.

They suffer from chronic diseases, having completely lost the essence of life.

They don’t really live, they exist and are filled with hope that tomorrow will be better. Unfortunately, almost everyone is not ready to change anything out of fear! People fear failure because they are proud.

They are afraid to commit themselves where they might fail, so they don’t try. This is true! And after realizing this, I chose not to be the same! That’s why I decided to change my lifestyle»

One of Zhanna’s acquaintances, who closely communicates with her in Phuket, shared his impressions of meetings with the blogger with the 116.RU portal.

„It was scary to watch, to be honest. Hands like my 12 year old sister, thin. But she was always very cheerful, as a child, she was happy when people praised her for cooking, she was always running somewhere, taking pictures.

For someone of her appearance, she was very mobile and lively.“

Olga Chernyaeva, one of Zhanna’s close acquaintances, told the „New News“ portal about the changes that happened to her after her passion for the raw diet.

“I watched her journey to death for seven years. When we met, Jeanne had been on a vegetarian diet for two years (using one product per meal). She looked good.

About five months ago I met Jeanne in Sri Lanka and then I knew she was very bad. She looked exhausted. The legs were swollen, with wounds, lymph flowed from there. It was amazing that she was still moving – I think she was in pain. I tried to talk to her, to convince her to seek help from doctors, to do research. But Jeanne’s character was not simple, it was impossible to convince her on certain issues. Then she convinced me to stay with her in Sri Lanka, to eat prana … “

And finally, in the last month, according to Olga, the forces finally left the girl. She could no longer work, it was difficult to get out of bed, her mind was confused.

Anorexia. Just bones. Legs in trophic ulcers, the mental state is similar to dementia. She was bedridden for almost a month. If she did, it was very difficult for her to walk – it took several minutes to climb a flight of stairs. No one cared about Jeanne but me. I called everyone to help, but there were no takers. I brought her fruit every morning – it was impossible to get her to eat anything else. Jeanne believed that death did not exist “

Two weeks before her death, Jeanne published her full-length photos – the changes with the girl were truly frightening, especially if you compare the shots with photos taken 10 years ago. Jeanne died on July 21, now the Malaysian authorities and the Russian embassy are deciding whether to deliver the body to her homeland.
