Themba Gorimbo is a Zimbabwean professional UFC welterweight mixed martial artist. He is a former EFC welterweight champion and the first Zimbabwean to win a fight in the UFC. He was born on 23 January 1991 in a small area called Bikita in eastern Zimbabwe. He lost his mother when he was nine years old and his father four years later. He must support himself and his brothers by illegally mining for Marange diamonds in the local fields

He began training MMA in 2010 and has a professional record of 11 wins and 4 losses.

Themba Gorimbo knows Dwayne Johnson the Rock. The Rock gave him a new house in Miami after being inspired by his story. Themba Gorimbo had just $7 in his bank account before his first UFC win and sold his paint gear to buy a water source for his home village in Zimbabwe. The Rock flies to Miami to surprise him and tell him she supports him. Then he took him to his new house and said, „Welcome home“
