Patti Labelle wrote sad words for Susan Somers

At the age of 76, a day before her 77th birthday, Susan Somers passed away.

The star of Three’s Company and Step by Step has died of cancer.

She remains one of the most beloved actresses in the US and around the world.

Here’s what Patti Labelle wrote:

Rest in peace and love dearest Suzanne…one of the sweetest people I’ve ever had the chance to meet! I send my love and prayers to all of your family, friends and fans around the world.
