At the same time, there was a disruption of fiber optic cables under the Red Sea, which diverted traffic through Europe and Asia. This is what cyber expert Stanislav Atanasov said for „Your Day“, Nova TV reported.

According to him, since there are regular attempts to hack social accounts, users should check their associated emails. „A few days ago, there were reports of a security breach in Meta that allowed profile takeover with active notification. It’s either a coincidence or something that didn’t happen on a large scale,“ he pointed out.
