Another strong earthquake in Turkey

An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.8 was registered today in the southern Turkish district of Kahramanmaras, the government’s Disaster and Emergency Management Directorate (AFAD) announced.

The tremor was registered at 10:14 a.m. Its epicenter was in the city of Elbistan. The depth of the earthquake was 7 kilometers.

There are no reports of damage or casualties in the earthquake.

Kahramanmaras County was the epicenter of the devastating 7.6 and 7.7 magnitude earthquakes on February 6, which killed more than 50,000 people.
