A French man was beaten in front of his wife and child on a Black Sea beach

The Frenchman Judicael Christopher Tans, who is married to a porpoise, was beaten yesterday by a lifeguard on the beach because of a dispute over a place on the sand.

During the taping, the two came to blows again after the rescuer interrupted the family while they were talking on air.

„I am afraid of this man. He is aggressive and dangerous,“ said the French citizen, report BTV.

„This gentleman (the Frenchman) has been systematically provoking the rescuers for years.

On the day in question, I was not at work, I was not a lifeguard, but I was with my family at the beach.

At noon we went home and the umbrella remained free with the towel.

I came earlier, before my wife, and sat with my colleagues – it’s like a medical station,“ said Hristo Kyulbasanov, who is a senior lifeguard at the Pomorie-East beach and is one of the participants in the conflict.

„The gentleman in question was lying down under the umbrella.

The first time I went and invited him quite benevolently told him to move, to which he refused,” he added.

Hristo Külbasanov added that the Frenchman got up and started shaking his hand and saying that the umbrella was not his, according to him, he also started insulting him.

After that, another rescuer pulled Hristo Kyulbasanov to the rescue post to avoid a conflict.

“The second time I went and told him to move off the umbrella, he refused.

Already the third time I went, he defiantly moved 10 cm.

He lay down and started laughing at me. He kicked my leg and I lost control.

I’m guilty, I don’t want to make excuses, I’ll take the consequences for what I did, it was ugly.

I apologize to everyone who witnessed this ugly sight. I don’t apologize to him,“ said the rescuer.

The Frenchman denied that what the Bulgarian rescuer said was true. “

I was at the beach with my wife and our 13 year old son.

There was no one at the umbrella, no towel. We started settling under the umbrella, the lifeguard came and told us it was his umbrella,” she added.

The Frenchman’s wife said they moved away.

„The paint was reached after about 30 minutes. The gentleman came and started to open the umbrella, we were more than two meters away and he told us to move back because there was not enough space for his wife under the shade. We refused,“ she added.

The Frenchman added that he would file a lawsuit.

„For 15-20 minutes, we asked him to clean the blood from his face, but he and his wife refused, as they were waiting for the law enforcement authorities to see what condition he was in. After the police came, I cleaned the victim,“ he explained the doctor on the beach Dr. Petya Kachuleva. The case has been handed over to the prosecutor’s office.
