A fan hit Harry Styles in the face with a hard object

Singer Harry Styles was hit in the face by an object thrown by a member of the audience during a concert by the artist in Vienna, DPA reported.

Videos of the concert at Austria’s Ernst Happel Stadium, posted online, showed the pop star walking across the stage as an object flew through the air and hit him in the face – near his eye. After the impact, he winces in pain and bends over, holding his face in his hands.

„He kept touching his face a lot. It looked like he was in a lot of pain. It looked like he had to pull himself together, then he turned to us again and kept singing,“ said a fan in the audience.

29-year-old Styles has previously been targeted with objects thrown by fans during concerts – last month he was hit in the face by a bouquet of flowers during his concert in the city of Cardiff, BTA recalls.

In June, pop singer Bibi Rexha was also punched in the face at a concert in New York. The singer was spotted with a mobile phone, then posted a photo on Instagram showing off the large purple bruise on her eyelid. A 27-year-old man was arrested and charged with assault over that incident.

A few days after the Bibi Rex incident, singer Ava Max reported that a man came on stage while she was performing in Los Angeles and „slapped her so hard“ that it scratched the inside of her eye.
