A small submarine has disappeared, which has one main activity – visiting the remains of the Titanic at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean.
The whole descent takes 8 hours and every 15 minutes the submarine talks to the ship it is descending from. There has been no such communication since June 18.
The search for the missing Oceangate Expedition submarine continues.

Purification systems process the air and through chemical agents, such as soda, remove the carbon dioxide.
With five people in the submarine and one technical atmosphere, the air consumption is 100 liters per minute,“ said diver Krasen Parushev.
According to him, it is impossible for the crew to save themselves because the doors open outward, and in the submarine itself the pressure is about 380 bars – because it is about 3800 meters deep.
„If the pressure is not equalized outside and inside, there is no way to open the door. A person cannot survive at such a pressure. If there is Morse code with a wooden hammer in the submarine, then a signal can be sent to the search teams,“ he explained.
Contact with the submersible, called the Titan, was lost on Sunday while it was about 700km south of St John’s on the Canadian island of Newfoundland, while sailing to the wreck site.
On board the „Titan“ there are five people, including the British billionaire and adventurer Hamish Harding. Yesterday, the US Coast Guard estimated that the 20-foot-long bathyscaphe had only 40 hours of oxygen left. Besides him, on board are the Pakistani Shahzada Dawood, his son Suleiman and Stockton Rush, CEO and founder of the company „Ocean Gate“, which organized the expedition. They are accompanied by French submariner Paul-Henri Narjolet.
