According to Russian nutritionist Mikhail Ginzburg, you should not boil eggs for future use. Boiled eggs should be consumed immediately after cooking.
„Very often we boil eggs and don’t eat them right away, but then we eat them up to a week later.
This is wrong, it is better to eat a boiled egg immediately or at least the next day, and only if it has been in the refrigerator for a day, says the expert.
The main danger of stale eggs is that they can cause poisoning.
A boiled egg is definitely not a product for long-term storage, it spoils quite quickly, especially if it is kept in warm weather.
Ginsburg also noted that it’s best to hard-boil eggs, you should avoid scrambled eggs and replace them with an omelette.
Scrambled eggs are a bad dish, when fried, substances are released that accelerate the aging process.
„Omelet has a bit more potential from the point of view of healthy eating, it can be baked with a minimal amount of oil and the dish becomes more functional,“ he emphasized.
