Georgi Zlatarev, who starred in the second film of Sylvester Stallone’s „Invincibles“ series, unexpectedly revealed that one of the many action stars in the production is actually a rather unpleasant person.
The Bulgarian actor, who in the film is not just part of the crowd, but also has lines, revealed in „Before Noon“ on bTV that Jason Statham behaves quite badly with his colleagues on the set.
The on-screen martial artist was polite and affable when the scenes involved Stallone, who is a producer on the series.
But if he wasn’t there, Statham became an absolute prima donna.
He immediately showed everyone that they were not at his level, explained Zlatarev. The camera crew was in a bad mood when they found out that they had to shoot scenes with the British star, the Bulgarian actor said.
Zlatarev commented that a person’s character is not changed by fame. „It’s like alcohol. Some say „after drinking 200 grams and becoming a different person“. No, it’s the same aggressive person, but he doesn’t hide it,“ said the actor.
Presenter Polly Nedkova immediately expressed her disappointment with the revelation about Jason Statham. „He doesn’t have a movie lately that isn’t a disappointment,“ she commented.
Dochev shared a story from Ireland, where he learned that people do not tolerate one of the country’s biggest music stars. While there, the actor decided to show his knowledge of Irish music and played a Van Morrison song. However, the locals immediately told him to stop it. It turns out that the Irish have countless stories about how unpleasant a person the famous musician is. He even got annoyed when the audience sang his songs at concerts and did different tricks to get his fans to stop.
