A 300-kilogram man from Tyumen, who became a prisoner in his own home, died after trying to lose some of his excess weight with a diet.
Leonid Andreev, who was one of the fattest people on Earth, did not leave his home and did not get out of bed for several years, writes the Russian Telegram channel „Operation Z“.
In his youth, he suddenly gained 107 kilograms. Every 7 years he added that much to his weight. After the local authorities learned about his problems from journalists, he was contacted by doctors who recommended a diet to combat obesity, but his heart failed and Andreev soon died.
